On Nov. 4, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced the emergency temporary standard (ETS) that will require private sector employers with 100 or more workers to ensure that employees are vaccinated against COVID-19 by Jan. 4, 2022.
