COMMUTER RAIL WORKSHOPS – The next set of land-use work
sessions for the Central Florida Commuter Rail Station development in
Volusia County will be Wednesday, March 19. The workshops will discuss
transit-oriented land-use strategies for the proposed DeBary and DeLand
area commuter rail stations. The DeLand station session is from 2 - 4:30
p.m. at the TCK Administration Building, 123 W. Indiana Ave., DeLand.
The DeBary workshop is from 5:30 - 8 p.m. at the Florence Little Town
Hall, 12 Colomba Road in DeBary.
MANUFACTURING SITE NEEDED – Industrially zoned land suitable for
a 150,000-square-foot building is still needed in southwest Volusia

Administration (SBA) has launched a new, free online course – "Business
Opportunities: A Guide to Winning Federal Government Contracts." The
