in New Smyrna Beach, recently returned from the Enterprise Florida trade
mission to Brazil. Karavan successfully negotiated a distributorship

too. Karavan joined Governor Charlie Crist for several days of meetings
with companies looking to do business in Florida. Karavan is eligible

COUNTY SEEKS LOCAL VENDORS - The Volusia County Purchasing
Department has found that local firms are very, very competitive and
often prevail in price and quality for the myriad of products that the
County purchases annually. County purchases from Volusia County
companies for the 2006/2007 fiscal year was over $171 million. Over $24
million of the $76 million cost for the Ocean Center expansion is to
Volusia firms. To sell to the County, you must first register as a
vendor. Get the information you need and register as a vendor online at
http://www.volusia.org/purchasing/.

12 months, to 294,000 pounds. Volusia companies are learning that
