Hampton Associates, Port Orange, to provide construction management for
the Tomoka Industrial Park, a 120-acre industrial site designed to
provide fully permitted manufacturing sites for increased employment.

FLORIDIANS POSITIVE ABOUT HOUSING OUTLOOK -- With the population
growing, the demand for homes isn't going away; it's just being delayed,
according to the National Association of Realtors, which predicts a
modest upturn in sales by the end of the year. A survey shows Floridians
remain positive about the housing outlook, with 63 percent saying the
value of homes in their community would increase or remain the same in
the next year, and 58 percent saying now is a good time to buy a Florida
house or condo. On the other hand, 80 percent said now is a bad time to
sell. Respondents also said rising property insurance costs and rising
property taxes are the biggest obstacles to purchasing a home.
FLORIDA AMONG THE BEST FOR WORKFORCE TRAINING -- A poll of
national site selectors ranks Florida among the top three states with
the best workforce training programs in the nation, up from tenth in
2006. Matching grants are available to qualified companies to help
upgrade the skills of entry level and experienced employees. To find out
