Electron Beam Solutions Inc. is incorporated in Florida and has been doing business since 1997.

The company specializes in EB welding of small, delicate parts made of stainless steel, nickel alloys, copper, aluminum and all metals compatible with the electron beam welding process. Its equipment is capable of welding foils as thin as .002 inch and penetrating steel up to .500 inch. Since EB welding is performed in a vacuum chamber, a substantial amount of the company's work involves vacuum sealing and welding aneroids. The welders are 3KW rapid cycle machines with automatic weld repeatability for preset welding parameters. Normal lead times for jobs less than 250 pieces is five working days. Other capabilities include mass
